I loved it also, and was clueless where to share it on a health and fitness site, but figured dancing is pretty much a fitness activity!


Seeing how close you are to the next size down is a great motivator. Also, put on an article of clothing that you wore when you first started your weight loss journey and that will help you see how far you have come!

I love old movies, and old movies with dancing!
