Depends on how bad you feel! As a general rule, if it's all above the neck (sniffles, watery eyes, headache, etc) I'll still do some exercise, even if it's a little lighter than what I usually do. If it's below the neck (nausea, chest congestion) I take that to mean I need to rest and get better, as that can get worse with exercise.
