Most likely I would choose B because I have a difficult time motivating myself to get a workout. However, I really need A to get a reduction so I can cut back some of my back pain, but it's a last resort for me. I wouldn't do it for looks, ever.

A- Get any type of cosmetic surgery to remove the pounds or improve your body without judgement from others. I enjoy working out and feel if it's too easy,have a personal trainer at the gym I work out in it and I enjoy cooking!

Not pounds as I'm good with that but other adjustments! emoticon

b- I would love the cosmetic surgery, but not to take away pounds, just to make my face look younger and sp has already made me a good to great cook. A personal trainer would keep things shaken up with my workouts and insure that I am doing strength training correctly.

C. A chef to teach me how to cook the healthiest and best foods for me and my wife.

B - I can cook, but I tend to wander into unhealthy choices if I've neglected exercise. I also need an extra push on cardio - I love weights, but cardio... not so much.

I would definately choose C.
That way when I get home I don't have to worry about cooking or if I have any healthy choices. Oh and the chef can pack me a lunch too. emoticon

A there is a cosmetic surgery I wouldn't *mind* having if I had the funds, but it's not really weight related...more post-having-children don't like how a particular part of my body looks

Just surfing the site and saw your question. Fun! I would choose 'C.' I would love to come home to a healthy, home-cooked meal with the calories already counted for me.

I would probably choose b. While getting rid of the extra pounds immediately sounds nice, I've known people who continued with the same lifestyle and gained it back anyway :) Having a personal trainer to kick my rear into gear would be GREAT!!!

Thank you so much! My husband wants me to try good ole fashioned exercise. Now that I posted this...I may just do the personal trainer route!

My husband is the cook in the family. So I have the "personal cook" already! emoticon

I'd have to choose B- Personal Trainer at my beck and call.

"A" would be a pretty drastic decision for me, especially if I haven't even attempted to change my diet and activity levels. The odds of it "sticking" (so to speak) would be slim to none.

"C" isn't personally desirable since I love to tinker in the kitchen. I don't claim to be a good cook, but I do love to play in there. lol

It's an interesting question! I am curious to see what people have to say about these things.

It is a toss up for me b or c. I would love both but c would be my choice. I can do the exercise on my own but a trainer would push me. However, a cook would help me eat clean and teach me how to cook better.

C. It is actually a dream of mine and it is easy to experience on a smaller level through food delivery services. I am currently using a local Vegan Chef, and I am in love with her cooking. It is such a wonderful gift of health to myself!

I would choose C. I would not choose A because most likely that cosmetic surgery would not teach me to keep the weight off and it would eventually come back. 80% of losing weight is done in the kitchen and that's why I would choose C. If I had someone to fix my meals for me it would make things so much easier. I can handle the exercise myself.


My weight loss journey restarted on 1/26/13 at 175.8 lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs.
