I tried a new abs machine at the gym, and my abs have never felt this sore two days later. It's a nice feeling of course because I know that I accomplished something...but should I work them out again today to continue making them stronger ("work through the pain")? Or should I wait until my next strength-training day to work on my abs? The other muscle groups are pleasantly tense, but not painful so I think that I can still work on those today.
