Hello all! I am a 45 yr old mother of three and grandmother of one. I have three (2 girls 26 & 14) and 1 son ( 20). A beautiful grandaughter (20 months) and the most wonderful husband in the world. I am very blessed with great friends and family. The only problem is I do not like myself. I can notlook in the mirror cause when I do I see someone I do not recognize. Even though I have back issues I keep trying and failing. I really need to lose this weight to feel better physically and to begin to like myself again. So I need alot of motivation and encouragement. I work a full time job (50hrs a wk). Would appreciate all the help I can get!
