I accomplished yesterday's valentine healthy snack. I did bento boiled eggs in the shape of a heart. They brought a smile to everyone! :)

I've already exercised, so if I do only 1 more thing today it would be to get a healthy dinner prepared for tonight.

I'll win my EI hearing today. They could owe me about $3600 in back pay alone, which might just be what we need to keep from signing the bankruptcy papers that are already filled out. Talk about living on the edge. This is a little too far.

I'm supporting a real life friend today who had a stroke. She hasn't tried our community pool. It is difficult for her to walk, scared she will fall. I'm taking her to the heated pool where she can hopefully move with no pain.

And I accomplished it. 12 minute abs video and 32 min. cardio video with Shapely Girl.

I think it would be to take time to realize how different the big picture, the totality of all the changes I've made and how I've changed because of that. Lindsey started a new thread at ETL asking how our kitchens have changed since starting ETL. I was blown away by all the little things and how they added up to HUGE differences and effortless benefits. I'm starting to realize how far-reaching the SP influence has been in my life since returning to SP last July. I think this requires a blog!!

If I could do only 1 thing today to improve my health/wellness, it would be to plan my meals carefully to stay within the range SP recommends for calories, fat, protein, carbs and fiber.

I was lazy this morning and didn't get up for the gym, so I carved out time to go later and got it done.
I've entered my snacks and evening meal into my tracker so that it's harder to divert.
I tried chia seeds for the first time in my breakfast smoothie and don't mind them!

Make a big salad for dinner. I don't always want to take the time to chop all the vegetables but I'm doing it now. I get a large fill me up dinner for just 200 calories. I like those numbers.

It's going to be such a long day that by the time I get home, it will be past my bedtime, so I am posting the things that I can already, including my 420-minute workout. :) aka, my highly strenuous job! There's not a similar exercise or activity listed, so I use the "housework" activity. It has to count for something! :) My last job was even more strenuous, so I put it as "farm labor".
