If you prep your own foods, you can also grab and go. I do this all of the time with salads and soups especially.
I'm a fan of eating real food. Most people who do meal-replacement diets immediately gain the weight back when they stop using the replacements because they don't learn how to cook or eat in a healthy way.
It's not a great long-term plan, no matter what the brand.
I haven't tried it but I would like to find out more about it.

I use them and find they work pretty well and I'm not hungry right away. I used to use slimfast which didn't work as well and had tons of sugar in it. I like blending them with a little peanut butter and maybe some berries to make it seem more "meal like". I am also very busy in the morning and have grab and go tendencies. These worked well for more, but I still normally need a snack in 2-3 hours after having a shake where I might not have if I ate a regular breakfast.

So I just purchased a 30 day supply of the ideal shape meal replacement. I wondered if anyone has had any experience with it? Good or bad!!
I am so super busy during my day I grab the quickest thing to eat or drink which isn't always the healthiest. Since moving to the states from Scotland I have gained 100lbs in 2 years!!! I figured if I had a shake for breakfast and lunch and some fruit in between with a good meal at night it may jump start me into a healthier lifestyle! So I am trying the ideal shape shakes!! They were rated the top shakes in the USA!!
