That's fine, but you may want to consider limiting yourself to 1 regular tea per day, and then switch to decaf.

That is awesome I am so glad someone asked the question. I love flavored water like that but never thought I could use it as my water intake. I am actually meeting all my intakes the last few days. I am excited.
For the non pregnant woman, (who has appropriate iron stores), 5-6 cups of tea daily is considered safe, even for the tannic acid content. However, one should not use tea as the beverage to take anytype of vitamin-mineral supplement.

if you're drinking a lot of tea (black, green, etc) you might want to consider the effect of the tannic acid on nutrient absorption. Herbal teas might be a better option for frequent consumption.
