Thanks everyone for the positive words and article link. I love the motivation and if I can be of motivation to any of you please let me know. I believe in the words of the great author Paulo Coleho, "the whole universe will conspire to make it happen." If we want it bad enough whatever "it" is we will attract the right people and circumstances for "it" to happen! Thanks guys.

Today is the first day of my diet! I just joined Sparkpeople yesterday...

So, Josh (my brother) bought Blue Bell Ice cream and I have been sitting here going crazy wanting to eat a big bowl of it. I only have 33 calories left that I can eat today . I feel like I must eat this ice cream! I go to the freezer and stare at the ice cream for about 2 minutes. I can't take it any longer!!! Sooooo, I grab a banana!!! It may seem counterproductive because my banana is 201 calories and that brings me 168 calories over my daily allotment. But I must tell you, grabbing the banana is sweet success for me!! I am a sweet lover and ice cream is my major pitfall. I am very happy!!!
