100% of the Reference Daily Intake for different nutrients is as follows:
vitamin A= 5000 IU
vitamin C=60 milligrams
thiamin = 1.5 milligrams
calcium 1 gram or 1000 mg
iron = 18 mg
vitamin D = 400 IU

any others you need? Just let me know.

I have noticed something about Vit D, the literature I read says how many IU's to take daily but Spark People uses FDA 's required daily. Does anyone know how many IU's are in the RDA for Vit D?
Also any other vitamins and minerals listed in our nutrition count?
Thanks so much, Carol emoticon
