I like knowing that I am not alone on this journey. I'm in the maintenance phase now, but it's not easy. I like having people share their experiences and learning from them. I also like helping others as much as I can. I find this community very supportive and understanding through the ups and downs of "healthy living." I will continue to be here for a very long time!!! emoticon

SparkPeople does help! I really love reading about how other people made it through and lost weight and it gives me the motivation to know that I can do it too!

Boy I just have to say that you all in SPARK really do make the difference. I know sometimes we just think we're like a little dart on a map when we post things. I was feeling all alone this morning and had the start of defeat pangs. I jumped onto SPARK and started reading all the positive, uplifting and motivational page profiles. Then I went onto my Teams and read other people's struggles and successes. All of a sudden I felt tons better and re-ammo'd up for the fight! Thanks SPARK family! You all are the best!!! emoticon
