Hi Nepaya - welcome aboard :-)
I would suggest that you start this journey with baby steps, changing only one or two things to start with, and as your mind/body gets used to those changes, try adding something else to the mix. It might be as simple as reducing soda/alcohol and replacing it with some water. It may also be mobilizing a bit more in your day. In time you will find that you have made loads of health changes, but not really noticed them because of how you went about it. That means that you will be far more likely to continue this journey rather than falling off the wagon, and yo-yoing.
Make very good use of the Nutrition Tracker. I weigh all of my food for increased accuracy - it really DOES help enable us to tweak as and when necessary. Even tho' I reached my goal nearly 3 years ago, I STILL weigh and record to ensure that I stay there :-)
Enjoy your journey - this isn't about deprivation, starvation, or over-exercising. It is just a healthy balance.

Hi there, my name is Nepaya 33 years old and 15 kg heavier, after 3 pregnancies i gained weight with every one of them and i never got any off. i have been yoyo dieting of course and have tried all diets out there. i love food , and wine but i am trying to limit my alcohol intake as it not only ruin my health but raises my apetite as hell. BUT since i learned about the 8 hours diet i knew this is something for me with a combination of clean eating, i just started yesterday so on normal days i will breakfast at 11:00am and have dinner by 19:00 latest. i also love anything sweet but i am determined to stop my bad habits. i am happy to learn from you guys , share my journey with you and i hope to be of a motivation to you too.
