thats what im afraid of is the how ahrd it is to do lol
i been doing the gym forever and bored with it then i started bootcamp this past may and lost 8 lbs but want more so i tried crossfit for 2 days i liked it but the only thing i didnt like was men were there and people stare at you cause your new

I have done it and though it is a great work out and burns calories. It is hard and I thought it was boring. You do the same exercise for a minute then switch during cardio days. If your interested in Beachbody work outs I LOVE Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire though they are hard to follow until you get the hang of the routines.

When you buy the set you get a calendar that will tell you which DVD to do each day. I believe you rotate 5 DVDs the first month and 5 new DVDs the 2nd month.

HOW DO YOU DO THEM?
IS THE FIRST CD FOR LIKEWEEK 1 AND THE 2ND FOR WEEK 2 AND SO ON??
