Losing weight will get you motivated !!!!!!!!!!!! I just got in from the gym I had to leave because myy youngest daughter was cranky and wanted me. (She had her six months shots 2day). Any who before I left I weighed myself and couldn't believe my eyes so I had staff to weigh me and the scale said something different it was LESS than what I weighed..... I know it was just a small amount BUT LET me TELL YOU once you actually see that your hard work is paying you will feel so much different I left he gym smiling laughing talking to myself on the verge of screaming and although I cant see the weight myself I'm sure others can and jus the thought of a declining number should help you get and stay motivated.
