I, too, like creamers...I am only one cup, two on rare days so I think it is worth the Counts! For my treat in eve I use Swiss miss hot cocoa, no sugar added...really good...and if you like a choc coffee flavor they taste great together!
keep in mind if a food has less than 0.5 grams of trans fat per serving, the food label can read 0 grams trans fat. Though that's a small amount of trans fat, if you eat multiple servings of foods with less than 0.5 grams of trans fat, you could exceed recommended limits. How do you know whether food contains trans fat? Look for the words "partially HYDROGENATED" vegetable oil. That's another term for trans fat However, if the label says just "HYDROGENATED" vegetable oil, it could mean the oil contains some trans fat.
I drink my coffee with a little skim milk/no sweetner. I tried the Girl Scout Coffeemate coconut/carmel and the Almond Joy. Wonderful! I enjoy a mug in the evening in place of a candybar! Satisfys my sweet tooth!
PACAROL I do not like sweet coffee either. The best nonsweet but flavorful creamer I have found is Bailey's nonalcoholic brand. It is in a black bottle. Comes in Irish Cream, Vanilla, Chocolatini, Cinnamon Dolce, Caramel. They are fantastic. It says after opening only a 14 day shelf life but it is much longer than that. And I think it shows 1 Tbs as a serving...I only use 1 tsp so that is 1/3 of a serving. You might try that.

A while back someone mentioned some new coffee creamers, such as the one that is Almond Joy flavored. I normally drink my coffee black so I thought I would try them. It is wonderful! Not so sweet to taste like sugar in my coffee, which I don't like, but enough to smooth out the taste. Sort of tastes like hot chocolate. Unfortunately, I noticed that they are 30 calories each, so if I drink 5 cups of coffee per day, that's 150 calories I'm adding. So I need to either cut back on my coffee consumption or just add it to 1 cup a day, for a treat.
