You do need to meet for a nutrition counseling session with a Registred Dietitian who can evaluate all your eating and nutritional needs and develop and individualized eating plan to meet your specifics. Contact your doctor for a referral or call your local hospital and ask for the outpatient nutrition counseling department.
I have been tackling my health conditions one by one. I'm diabetic, and my sugars are in control. My cholestrol was high, and I cut out most red meat. I tend to eat 1 grain, 1 meat and the rest of the day is fruit and veggies. Now I need to attach IBS. it's so bad I cant go grocery shopping without an attach. Any ideas?
