I have the app "myfitnesspal" on my phone (which is a free and amazing app by the way!) where i track my fitness and caloric intake everyday, it's just more convenient then having to remember everything i eat until i can make it back to my computer. I just wish that i could sink it with sparkpeople. On "MyFitnessApp" it actually has an option to sink your meal and exercise plan with other apps and programs but sadly sparkpeople isnt one of them, maybe some day in the future though! Until then everyones just going to think im not keeping up with my meal plan, but i promise i am!
