I have decided to be more serious about my weight. I joined Spark people when I was 75kgs but I am now 90kgs. I have not been eating well and my lifestlye has not helped either. This time, I have decided to take one day at a time. I am now walking 3kms everyday from work to my house. I am actually walking at every opportunity. You know what, I am enjoying it and this time I will make it. I will get to 85kgs by June 2012.
