I've been with SP since the end of June and I think it's fab. There's everything you need on here, and you get so much support from other people.The support makes SP unique IMO.

don't try to do everything differently at once is my advice. I'm seriously into exercise now, but for the first couple of months I did almost none! Get into SP gradually, and change what you do every so often so you don't get bored.

Hello, I am a new member, my doctor told me to try this site. I need to lose atleast 50 lbs....but will go at it one day at a steps...I plan to track my food, eat healthier meals, and exercise. I am going to attend an 8 week OA class as a support system starting next Tuesday.

This site looks really good.... I would like to hear from others: if you have been with the program awhile, has Sparkpeople helped you succeed?

If you are new, what do you plan to do to fit this in your schedule?
