Hello, I am a new member, my doctor told me to try this site. I need to lose atleast 50 lbs....but will go at it one day at a time...baby steps...I plan to track my food, eat healthier meals, and exercise. I am going to attend an 8 week OA class as a support system starting next Tuesday.
This site looks really good.... I would like to hear from others: if you have been with the program awhile, has Sparkpeople helped you succeed?
If you are new, what do you plan to do to fit this in your schedule?
