Good for you. For those of us who aren't morning people, I think the best way to get your exercise in before being enticed by the computer is to do it away from home right after work.

Now you can go to your gaming feeling satisfied that you've gotten your workout in.

Just don't give up now. Keep up the good work. emoticon emoticon

You are off to a great start! I was the same way and now I love it! Even the soreness afterward - it reminds me that I've accomplished something. The old "too tight" pants now fitting are another great reminder too. Keep up the good work!

I signed up for a membership at the YMCA yesterday and today I went right after work and did 30 minutes on a recumbent bike, after months of not doing anything active at all! I might've been able to keep going if I didn't badly need to pee by that point (and my legs felt like they were on fire.)

Now my legs still feel like jello and the muscles around my knees are still tight and I know I'll be feeling the pain tomorrow morning... emoticon
