I biked to tai chi and did tai chi :) This afternoon I'm planning on going to yoga :) I have to be careful because I have tendonitis in my hip.

I ate a healthy lunch: salmon and cereal with millet, and kitcheree (homemade) and an apple for a snack.

So far a healthy morning :)
