No big deal right? Well it was to me.
Two days ago I went on my very first (voluntary) run of my life. It wasn't gym class, or chasing after a dog on the loose... My guy and I put on our sweats, shoes, and headed to the track.
We just started with 30 sec running and 30 sec. walking in intervals. But we did 2.5 kms probably. we forgot to count exactly, but that was our conservative estimate.
Unfortunately, I'm sore all over. But as soon as I can move again, I'll go back.
