I didn't track until AFTER a carry-in lunch at work. Should I eat something for dinner? It's only 6 pm, and I'm getting hungry
I already went over two days ago; I really don't want to make a habit of this. I know everyone has days where they go over their calorie range, but I've done it 2 out of 3 days now.
My options are to find something to eat which is filling and low on calories, or drink a ton of water to try to stave off the hunger.
What should I do?
