Yep, it happens to all of us. Another great reason for the lifestyle change vs dieting since once we go back the weight usually goes back on. This is a journey that you do one day at a time, one month at a time and one year at a time. Just get back on and stay focused and hopefully you won't need to re-start again. Good luck!

It happens to all of us. The first thing to do is forgive yourself. Secondly, try to learn from it. Third, and probably most important, is to forget it and get right back on track with your food, water and exercise.
Honey, most of us here have had an experience like that. Don't let it deaden your efforts to get healthy. Dust yourself, and get back on plan. This will happen from time to time. It's life. The important thing is that you make more healthier choices than unhealthy ones. Progress, not perfection. If you need to reset your goals on spark, do that. I've had to do that so many times that it is ridiculous, and darn it, I may get it right one day. I fell off the wagon for close to five years, and gained all but 10 of the 113lbs I lost. (See my page.) This time, I'm trying to do things right, making the base of my food pyramid vegetables and fruits, and trying to come off meat and animal products 99% of the time. It's a process. So is a lifestyle change. Habits don't form overnight, so we can't expect to break them overnight.
Had some things going on in my personal life and yes I binged..... Now it's time to get back on track Has anyone had this experience. How did you manage to keep from getting back into old bad habits? HELP !!!
