Hi! I'm Merlin. I'm 76 kg- over weight by about 25 kgs. I' ve been doing Zumba for about a month now (quite regularly) and toning and cardio with the Spark guys for four days now. I have been dreaming about running for months now- no, literally dreaming. Can I start already? I'm kinda injury prone, so not sure if I should wait ... What say?
