I would recommend jumping jacks instead--they are totally high impact and you can do several variations in a few minutes to burn maximum calories.

Remember that it is important to tone, not just lose weight. Don't let the scale deter you--make sure and measure your mid-section...you might be losing inches that can help to keep you motivated! emoticon

just be careful not to do too much too soon! I got shin splints from that :(

Because it drives me crazy that I am not loosing weight as fast as I'd like. Maybe I can jump it off!
