1st Congrats on your success and consistency with this journey.
Second you probably haven't been in touch with your true emotions in a long time because you were an emotional eater (you ate when you were sad, happy, stressed, overwhelmed, frustrated, annoyed, excited). All those emotions seemed the same because you celebrated or handled them the same way.
I would look up a list of feelings/moods and emotions and write them down. Then identify how you feel/respond are when you experience that emotion.
