I keep my water bottle sitting next to me all day at work, and just end up absentmindedly drinking quite a lot. More difficult on days I'm not working, should keep my water next to me at all times I guess ...

I definitely try to drink as much water as possible. For me, adding some lemon or lime juice helps a lot.

I have a 24oz Tervis tumbler that I use at work. I can use it for hot tea or water, which is a plus. I use a 24 oz water bottle at home. I pretty much always have the water bottle on me at all times (I have a big purse).

I bought myself a 54 oz water jug. I fill it about two times a day-- in the morning and in the afternoon. I also eat a lot of veggies and some fruit. Good luck.

Water is usually hit or miss with me. I either nail it or fall so far back its crazy. I do make sure i drink water with each meal. One of my goals is for 64 oz day
