Instead of having a single goal weight number, what about having a goal weight range?
Remember your weight is not a static number. It will vary according to your diet, hydration, workouts and even hormones. I will also add that there comes a time in your weight loss journey where body composition trumps body weight, therefore, if your body is at a healthy body comp, it may be that this is the weight you are supposed to be.
