Some say that the first step in solving a problem is recognizing that there IS a problem and the second is to define the problem. You have made the first step and are working on step two as you have identified that you will need support. I strongly advocate keeping it simple and also taking and RECOGNIZING small steps. Even the longest trip starts with the first step.

Yup, support and a plan. Good advice I was given was to only make simple choices you can keep longterm. Helped keep me from making things overly complex.

You can't do it until your commited right? I don't know if I'm any more depressed about my weight now than I ever have been but I really took a good look at myself in the mirror today. It felt like rock bottom. Once again, I couldn't make myself leave the house to go to the store. I took a picture. I need to make it happen. I will need support.
