WOW! I am really inspired. I just started walking everyday for a couple of weeks. Hopefully, I will someday build up to that point. Sometimes walking seems grueling for me. I think it's time for me to get an ipod. Music might help. I don't like feeling bored, because I can only concentrate on the pain of walking fast. I am trying to at least make it one month straight. I go even in the rain. I am on a mission. Keep up the Great Work!! I don't know you, but i am PROUD of you!

way to go! Couch to 5k is great as far as teaching intervals..intervals are a bit easier on the body too. Enjoy your runs and smile!
That is AWESOME!!!! Running can give you such a freeing feeling. I run myself, with walk breaks (my knees tend to get mad at me) and I LOVE it!!

So, I've been going on twice a day walks for about 2 months now. Well Monday night after woork I went on my walk, but there were 2 guys there running around the track, the lapped me, twice. I felt so little, and so "lazy", that right after I saw them leaving, ( I had only finished my first lap) I started running. I didn't run the whole time, but, I ran. I ended up running a total of 1.25 miles that night. I felt AMAZING after that run, and you know what, it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be! I have never actually ran, since elementary school. It felt really nice.
