. Remember to rely on your calorie differential though! I ate way over my calories yesterday but I also had 18,000 steps many of which were stairs.....so I still had a 700 calorie differential. So I managed to eat healthy for most of the day then scarf a bunch of pizza and an ice cream cone and I am still on my way to weight loss. I definitely don't do that every day but sometimes upping calories burned is an option and then you can still have dinner. Cause I think the golden rule of weight loss is never be hungry!
