Good job emoticon . Remember to rely on your calorie differential though! I ate way over my calories yesterday but I also had 18,000 steps many of which were stairs.....so I still had a 700 calorie differential. So I managed to eat healthy for most of the day then scarf a bunch of pizza and an ice cream cone and I am still on my way to weight loss. I definitely don't do that every day but sometimes upping calories burned is an option and then you can still have dinner. Cause I think the golden rule of weight loss is never be hungry!

Way to go on the will power though, impressive! emoticon

I still stayed under 1,800 calories AND when my mom tried to get me to eat dinner (I should have eaten this instead) I didn't so that I could stay within my calorie range! I'm proud of myself! That was really hard!
