That does happen to even the best cooks. It is very important to measure accurately. Dear Hubby recently ruined his pie crust. It was way too salty and he said he didn't add any salt. When he went back to look at the recipe, he said he added 1 Tablespoon instead of one teaspoon of salt.

I tried to make peanut butter and jelly muffins today and added WAY too much baking powder and they came out HORRIBLE and NASTY....:(
