Your Spark Activity Tracker was received this morning (you sent it to the wrong address so it took longer to get to us) and you have been refunded on our end, but it my take a few days to post on your account depending on how quickly your bank will show that on your account.

If you post in the "Site and technical help" forum, you're more likely to get a reply. I think the tracker sales are probably handled by a shipping/order fulfilment company on contract (that's how most companies with only a few products do it.) In most cases, a return and refund takes 6-8 weeks, plus sometimes a little additional time for your credit card company to process it, so I wouldn't be worried yet.

Hi does any body knows how long after you sent back the Sparkmeter on 5 /7 /2014 and I don't know if they got it or not .No reimbursement on my credit card neither .If somebody did this let me know please.
