I am going to turn 48 in a couple of weeks and I have been in denial on my weight issues, physical activities, and eating habits. I will not go down the road of heart disease, stroke or diabetes as I become a empty nester and looking forward to being a "grandma". I want to loose at least 10lbs the first month and continue losing until I feel comfortable with the image I see in the mirror. I also would like to start running my goal is to run, walk a 1/2 marathon this fall in Sept. I need your help in making me accountable for my eating, exercising and sleeping. ( I work the night shift 7 on 7 off). What I thought I looked like, and what I truly look has opened my eyes, I need to change for a better me. I will not be in denial anymore!!!
