Woohoo -- you are right that so much of living a healthy lifestyle is about choice -- and then as you build your momentum you find that you actually enjoy most of those good choices more than the poor ones anyway :).

By the grace of God and by the motto of "just keep on keeping on", I have now exceeded my fitness minutes for 2011.
A friend asked me how is it that I run a lot. I said: "It is simple, you just lift your one foot, and then the other...." It is really not a matter of motivation but of CHOICE. Thank you Spark for teaching me this lesson.
