I've been using the RunDouble C25K app on my phone when I run, today was day 1 of week 9 for me - a 30 minute run on the timed version. I run on a treadmill right now because it's still icy and subzero out, but I figured it should be 3 miles today if I were on the distance plan, so I did 3 miles! Mind you I don't run fast, 5-5.5mph is pretty good for me, but instead of running 30 minutes, I ran 37 and did a whole 3.106 miles! And at the end I still felt great, not like I was going to die or anything haha. I probably could have gone at least another half mile. Makes me feel like my goal of a half marathon might actually be doable since I actually love running for the first time in my life.
