That's how I started out. I used to walk all the time, like 5 miles a day. I never thought I'd be able to run a mile. ever. But I've been going to gym and using the elliptical and today I just decided to try it.

This is the first time I've ever run a mile. I was so excited when I was on the treadmill at half a mile and realized I could keep going.
