Juicing Vegetables is a great Facebook page to follow that posts recipes all day! My favorite juice is carrot, apple, and ginger-sometimes with parsley and/or cilantro if I have it. Juicing can be labor intensive, so I like to keep mine simple. I've read that is better to blend greens instead of juicing them, so I make smoothies everyday with spinach and kale and some fruit to get my daily boost, then juice a couple times during the week. Also, some juicers cannot handle citrus fruits, so if you don't have the manual, maybe google your brand first and see if a digital manual comes up. Beets are a great addition to juices as they add some yummy sweetness!

Here's some simple ones:
carrots and beets kale and pineapple
1 cup blueberries, 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup raspberries and 4 oranges
4 apples, 1/2 inch ginger, 1 cup blueberries, 5 leaves of kale
If you start with a base (any juicy vegitable like carrot, celery, cucumber) you can add just about anything else into the mix. I use the three C's and then add a few apples, a few bunches of kale, and 2 bunches of swiss or rainbow chard. This isn't a sweet juice by any means but it is delicious and it is a nice addition to any diet.

I would appreciate if you have any delicious recipes. My father in law gave me a juice he only used twice but doesn't have the book that came with all the recipes. If you know any good ones please let me know
