DETERMINED569, I completed a challenge when I decided to take Sparkpeople seriously. I ended up doing ten consecutive challenges, and the results were mind boggling, not to mention head-turning and eye-popping! The challenges plus using the Nutrition Tracker (the way it was designed) completely transformed my body (and soul)!

Spark On!

Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will".
You are now ready to succeed.
Let's go.

WOW doing a 4 week challenge and almost completed that is GREAT! That is the one thing I guess I have not done yet is the challenges, you have given me something to think about. Good work and thanks for the post!
