You are welcome to message me! While I can't guarantee to help, I can guarantee to listen. I don't know very many people on here either :)

You could send a general PM to all your spark friends and ask if someone would have a private talk with you. since they may already know about something about the situation.

The Spark Community can be very helpful and supportive. but when you ask for advice from someone you don't know, you may get some honest or even blunt answers you might not like.

Several members have asked for relationship advice in the panic room and I've found that most of the answers have been very supportive. You can always ignore the answers you don't like.

there are definitely plenty of people here willing to listen and help...and yeah, I definitely understand; sometimes, I'm the exact same way! *hugs* I wish you all the best on your journey :)

Hi, i'm just sorta having a problem thats getting in the way of me dieting. I was just wondering if I could talk to someone through the sparkmail instead of on here. Its nothing really weird or anything or scary, I just dont like a lot of people knowing the situation I'm in, its somewhat personal and I dont feel like sharing it with a ton of people. I just need to talk to someone who will understand and can give me some advice or something. I know people are very nice and considerate on here I would just feel more comfortable sharing it in a sparkmail instead of on the open board. Thanks. I hope someone understands. Anyone?
