Are you planning to use your Nutrition Tracker. Weigh and measure your foods and enter them into the tracker. You can add sodium as a nutrient to track. While it is difficult to track added sugar; it is still easy to develop a plan. Are you going to eliminate those sugar-sweetened treat altogether? Only have 2 a week? Or you could place a calorie limit. For example:...No more than 100 calories from a sugar filled item daily.
