Aww thanks for the support!!! I didn't realize how much error in my typing was written after reading my post, I apologize and at the end I meant I am looking forward to calculating etc.. Lol :) yeah I jut need all the energy and good teaching habits I can get and so I can pass it down to my lil one:) I know this may be random and you may think I'm a weirdo for even mentioning it but I would like you to take a quick look and google "Sandy Hook" conspiracy , I was baffled by what I have seen on certain images and facts about this. I was just plain confused I just wanted to pass on the info that I have received from my teacher. Well thanks again :) for replying! Have a good one!

WELCOME TO SPARK!!! Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, take this one day at a time.
A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.
1. Put together your own Spark page. This is a great way to communicate with other members and build relationships that will support and motivate you. You can do this by going to the START page and the green section has something about your Sparkpage.
2. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.
3. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.
The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Spark friends are here for support, motivation and encouragement. Good luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle! Again, welcome to the SP family! *~ Paula *~

Good luck! I know how it is to be a new mom. It's hard to think of ourselves. But just imagine that being a healthier you will keep you around longer to be the best mommy your son could ever have. And in doing so you will also be a good role model so that he can grow up and make healthy choices too! Find what keeps you motivated and stick with it! There will be days that you might not make the best choices, but start each day anew. Have faith in yourself and your ability to control you life! Stay strong!

Hi! Everyone my name is Frances and I came across this site when I was looking into the lean shakes. A little about me I am 23 yrs old Filipino and a mother to a 2 1/2 yr old. Things are going good so far, I am currently enrolled in a com nitty college and right now I am taking health and nutrition. I'm a little undecided about what my major is going to be but I figured I have to start somewhere since I would like my son to have a good future that I can to ire for him. So back to what I was saying about the lean shake and how it's suppose to substitute as a meal, well ill probably try it just to see if it does work. Right now I am currently working out on my weider total body gym and so far I am feeling some results around my arms and I usually have a bad routine habit working out. For instance I would workout doing various sets for a quick 15 minutes than ill stretch for about 5 minutes after a workout. Than t next day I would alternate by just going on a stroll with my son to the park or library it depend because the librarys about a 2 mile walking distance from my house and the park is about half a mile so either or. Well I would alternate these workouts for a week straight and than fall off the wagon the next week. :/ lol so since I am taking this health class I have made it to where I am pushing myself a little harder since I am so hall to see some kind of result especially when my friends say something about it without me me too ing anything to them :) kinda rewarding to me lol. So I just thought this would be a good place to find either some support of any kind because it can be hard attimes and I would also like to find out more about certain fitness tips. :) thank you so much for taking your time in reading this and I will not definitely be looking forward into calculating my daily intake and exercise activities ;)
