I'm getting married in May 2015, I would also like to lose around 30lbs. Not any easy task but you can do it. It's a struggle every day but you just have to take it one meal at a time. I hope we make our goal!! Congrats on getting engaged/married. If you ever need anything/advice just message me. I'm in the same boat :)

30 lbs. by May 28th might be a little too high of a goal, but you can get close.
Track EVERYTHING you eat and stay within your SP ranges. Get plenty of exercise. If you consistently lose 2 lbs. a week (the maximum suggested) you can lose about 22-24 lbs.

Logging ALL your food and staying within your calorie range is a good choice.
