Wow thank you all so much!! I ended up going to the gym last night and doing 45 mins of cardio!! emoticon You're right I need to spice up my workouts and do the exercises I enjoy. For some reason I forgot about the enjoying it part. I also saw a friend at the gym who I hadn't seen in a while. Thanks again everyone!!

Did you go last night ? If not, make it a point to get to the gym today. Don't keep making up excuses why you can't go to the gym. Yes, there will be legitimate reasons you can't go, but if you're just bored or don't want to... not good enough.

Perhaps the reason you don't want to go is because you're not enjoying your workout. Have you tried any of the classes at the gym ? If not, try a class. You may find you enjoy a group exercise class over say a treadmill or elliptical.

Find an activity you love. Because when a person enjoys doing something, they look forward to doing that something each and every day. Exercise should be fun !

It's a pain in the behind to get there, but once you do get there and do it, you'll feel better afterwards. Besides, you might be a high-light to someone's day tonight if you go (I tend to be polite and smile/nod at people at the gym). Doing that and not realize you may have brightened someone's day whether or not you know it at the gym and that might make them want to work harder themselves is also worth it. Hope this helped.
