Sometimes you have to Just Do It. Perhaps find a fitness buddy?

Sorry to hear that. I find it easier to stick to my nutritional goals when I'm getting my regular exercise.

Try aiming for 10 minutes every day, no excuses. This will help get you into the habit of starting. Often, once you've started, you just keep going.
