One serving = 220 grams, or 1 cup

If you literally meant what does it "LOOK" like... probably the equivalent size of a slice of regular sandwich bread if prepared in slices, or the size of a small orange if thats an easier comparison.

A serving of fruit has about 60 calories and 15 grams of carbohydrate.
This would be about 1/4 cup or 2 ounces of the breadfruit.

I don't have any means of calculating this, so can anyone please tell me what does one serving of breadfruit look like
