Hi! I'm not a mom but I'm def a runner :) I started with C25k and it's winter here so I don't run much right now, but I def get out when I can. Welcome to SP!

Hi RunningMom!

Welcome to the wonderful world of Spark! And of Running!

Running is amazing. When I started I couldn't run 30 seconds without my throat bleeding, (yes, literally) and now I run 4-5k 3 times a week as part of my regular program. You can go so far with it it's awesome!
