You may want to post this also in food and nutrition section. Greek yogurt is a good source of protein. Do you eat nuts? Some folks make their food tracker public and then others can look at it and give you some suggestions. Good luck on your journey.

I just joined, I have gone from 360-267 by myself but, I am having a very very hard time reaching my calories I need through out my day? Does anyone have any suggestions. I am at my wits end. I will start by saying I am allergic to most seafood, including fish and lobster. I don't eat much read meat. I do like chicken and turkey. Eggs and Tofu give me hives ( I still add eggs to my salad for some protein) but, The only fruit I am allergic to are blueberries. I Love love fruit and almost all veggies. I like raw and cooked veggies. Should I add something like ensure? Please I really do need some advice, I am lost :(
