I don't seem to get the meal planner to work for a vegetarian. Am I missing something? I am in maintenance but I am really finding that about 850 calories is what I seem to be able to consume. But I will drop pounds occasionally even in maintenance and as a cancer patient I can't afford to do this.
If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don't. If you'd like to win but think you can't, It's almost certain you won't. Life's battles don't always go To the stronger or faster man, But sooner or later, the man who wins Is the man who thinks he can. (Walter D. Wintle)

I googled 1200 calorie menus and found the first one that popped up to be pretty good. If you want to investigate a lot on it, you could always take a bunch of different plans from online and pick different days to pair together if you don't like the plan for one of the days. I find instead of following a strict plan, I like finding different 300 - 400 calorie meals online and making my own plan for the week :)

Ian's long as I follow a menu I'm ok. I need guidance .if someone has a 5day menu that they would want to share please feel free to do so. I'm looking for one that has your everyday pantry stuff. Not these exotic menus .
